Mikayla completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from LSU-HSC in New Orleans, followed by a specialty residency in women’s and pelvic health at Ochsner New Orleans. She’s passionate about holistic care and seeks to provide a movement-focused path to recovery, guiding her patients with compassion as they navigate their health journey. Mikayla is a certified yoga teacher, partner acrobat, licensed skydiver, and former D1 runner at Tulane where she completed her bachelor’s degree. Claire is NOLA-born and raised, graduating from Dominican and receiving her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology from LSU. In 2019, she obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from LSU-HSC in New Orleans. Since graduating, Claire has taken multiple courses and is specialized in the treatment of men and women with pelvic health diagnoses. She loves increasing people’s awareness of pelvic health physical therapy, and she wants everyone to have the opportunity to improve their quality of life and well-being.

Ashley Holstein is a native of New Orleans and attended Mount Carmel Academy. She has her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology from Louisiana State University and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Originally starting her physical therapy career in orthopedics, she developed a passion for pelvic health physical therapy when pregnant with her daughter and transitioned to this specialty full-time. Ashley is certified in dry needling and is also an adjunct professor with Delgado’s Physical Therapist Assistant program.
