Our team of experienced therapists offer on-on-one, private pelvic floor treatment sessions to women, men and transgender individuals from ages 18 and up. We also offer pregnancy and postpartum wellness consultations to help navigate pregnancy, prepare for birth, and recover postpartum. Conditions treated include, pelvic pain, painful sex, urinary incontinence, constipation, fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, male pelvic pain and more.

Ashley Holstein is a native of New Orleans and attended Mount Carmel Academy. She has her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology from Louisiana State University and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Originally starting her physical therapy career in orthopedics, she developed a passion for pelvic health physical therapy when pregnant with her daughter and transitioned to this specialty full-time. Ashley is certified in dry needling and is also an adjunct professor with Delgado’s Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Sara is a doctor of physical therapy, earning her Bachelors of Science in 2004 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2007 from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a board-certified women’s health and pelvic floor therapist specializing in the treatment of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction in men and women. She is a TedX Presenter, recipient of the 2019 Alumni Achievement Award from Washington University in St Louis’ Program in Physical Therapy, and was named one of New Orleans’ Top 40 under 40 young professionals in 2019. She is a mom to two boys, wife, Saints fan and wanna-be yogi.

Claire is NOLA-born and raised, graduating from Dominican and receiving her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology from LSU. In 2019, she obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from LSU-HSC in New Orleans. Since graduating, Claire has taken multiple courses and is specialized in the treatment of men and women with pelvic health diagnoses. She loves increasing people’s awareness of pelvic health physical therapy, and she wants everyone to have the opportunity to improve their quality of life and well-being.

When not at work, Claire enjoys exercising, being outside, reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband and dog.
